Team Building

Corporate Groups are often looking for team building activities. Nothing builds team unity like bucking bales, learning to rope, scavenger hunts and learning about the cowboy code.  Stay for some cowboy vittles; we promise, you’ll go home well fed and happy and a whole heck of a lot more unified than when you came.

True blood cowboys will introduce your team to life on a Ranch and demonstrate the western style of riding. It’s all about communication between rider and horse.

If your group of new cowboys prefer we’ll host you all a show to inspire and teach the finer details of communication. Wild horses and cowboys do not trust each other in the beginning stages of the relationship. It is only through working together and a little give and take communication, that they learn to trust each other. This demo is particularly good for learning about assertiveness, negative effects of aggressiveness, and the fine art of building trust.

You’ll learn how to perform tasks and with teams working together you’ll also learn why team work in any given situation increases the chances for success.

Folks always leave learning to overcome self-doubt, communicate and encourage fellow teammates. These activities are more adventurous by nature.

The Code of the West together with a unique twist on team building teaches timeless, principles to live by.

The iconic cowboy represents the best of America — the courage, optimism and plain hard work. Cowboys are heroic not just because they do a dangerous job, but also because they stand for something — the simple, basic values that lie at the heart of the cowboy way. Even though their way of life has changed over the last 150 years, cowboys still honor and live by their code. They are an abiding source of inspiration to do better and be better than we are. – Jim Owen
